Elliott Davis in Raleigh seeks a Senior Manager for the Digital Business Systems Consulting Group to lead client ERP strategy and implementation efforts. You will oversee people, processes and technology, driving deep analysis and strategic improvements across client systems and applications.

This leadership role emphasizes business development, client engagement, and cross-functional collaboration with experts in finance, IT, and operations to maximize client value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Accounting, Business Management, Information Systems or related field.
• 10-15 years relevant work experience.
• 5+ years experience as a senior level leader.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Business development experience.
• Strong accounting knowledge: financial statements, inventory, and GL.
• ERP implementation experience across multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to assess current business systems (people, processes and technology).
• Prepare key findings and analysis reports on client systems.
• Assist clients with ERP implementation and restructuring projects.
• Oversee extensive transactional flow analysis for accurate reporting.
• Formulate project plans and timelines for initiatives.
• Manage complex ERP and restructuring implementation projects.
• Convert records for input into new systems and ensure data integrity.
• Consult with clients on best practices for business processes.
• Review staff work and provide project sign-off.
• Engage in client meetings and networking events.
• Prepare scopes of work, proposals and engagement letters.
• Drive business development and build client relationships.
