Elliott Davis in Charleston, SC is seeking a Senior Manager for the Digital Business Systems Consulting Group. You will lead client engagements focused on evaluating and optimizing business systems, processes and technology stacks, aligning people, processes and ERP solutions to strategic goals.

The role requires strong leadership, business development, and communication skills, with experience managing ERP implementations across multiple platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Accounting, Business Management, Information Systems or related field.
• 10-15 years relevant work experience.
• 5+ years experience as a senior level leader.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Business development experience.
• Strong accounting knowledge: proficiency with financial statements, inventory processes, and general ledger accounting.
• ERP implementation experience (NetSuite, Sage Intacct, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Ability to think outside the box and provide client solutions.
• Experience with project management, managing an implementation team, and evaluating processes.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and inventory structure.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to assess current business systems (people, processes and technology).
• Prepare key findings and analysis reports on client systems.
• Oversee ERP and restructuring implementation projects.
• Convert records for input into new systems.
• Consult with clients on best practices related to their business processes.
• Review work performed by staff and provide sign-off on projects.
• Business development efforts including identifying prospective clients and proposals.
• Scheduling department workflow, client billing, and quality control.
• Supervise staff on projects and provide performance feedback.
