Job summary

Western Alliance Bank is seeking a Program Manager to lead the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO). You will translate strategic visions into executable programs, manage budgets and resources, and provide leadership across multiple business lines.

You’ll partner with senior leaders, develop resilient plans, and guide teams through change management to execute enterprise initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of related experience in Project Management or similar field.
• Leadership experience preferred and ability to manage programs end-to-end.
• Strong knowledge of banking operations, regulatory and compliance obligations.

Responsibilities

• Help lines of business develop and execute strategic roadmaps as programs.
• Capture strategic vision and distill goals into executable programs and projects.
• Prepare consumable documentation for meetings with varied audiences.
• Manage program budget, resources, and change management plans.
• Track metrics on financials, risk, and resources across programs.
• Lead or coach project managers to ensure feasible plans and governance.
