Western Alliance Bancorporation seeks a Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Adoption and Enablement Lead to drive enterprise-wide adoption, enablement, and governance of the Planview Portfolio and Planview Project tools. Lead training strategy, communications, and role-based guidance across portfolios, programs, and projects.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in project management with enterprise PPM platforms.
• Experience in regulated financial services or banking environments a plus.
• Ability to travel up to 25% as needed.

Responsabilités

• Lead enterprise-wide adoption, enablement, and governance of the PPM platform.
• Develop and deliver training, communications, and role-based guidance.
• Translate complex PPM processes into actionable guidance for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with EPPM, IT, Finance, and Risk for governance alignment.
• Support migrations and enhancements, e.g., Workfront to Planview, and drive user adoption.
• Standardize project lifecycle processes and support executive reporting.
• Maintain an adoption hub with communications, FAQs, and updates.
