Qualifications

• 12+ years of related experience in Project Management or similar field.
• Bachelor's degree in related field required; Masters or MBA in related field preferred.
• Previous leadership experience required.
• Expert knowledge of banking operations and regulatory obligations.
• Advanced experience with resource planning and capacity management.
• Experience with program management in large financial institutions.

Responsibilities

• Set EPMO vision and drive continuous maturity improvement.
• Lead the bank's Project and Program Management talent and provide people leadership.
• Attract, develop, engage, and retain high-performing PMs and build a strong talent pipeline.
• Coordinate resources, third-party contractors, and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery of critical projects.
• Provide oversight of project delivery practices and ensure standards compliance.
• Monitor health, risks, and performance; escalate issues and report to executives.
