Qualifications

• 8+ years of related experience in risk management, internal audit, SOX, and/or financial institutions.
• Advanced knowledge of risk management frameworks (COSO ERM, Basel, etc.).
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with experience presenting to senior audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution, enhancement, and maturity of the Risk Identification program and related governance.
• Develop executive-ready materials for risk committees, CRO updates, and regulatory communications.
• Manage a small team and drive continuous improvement across ERM programs.
