Job summary

Western Alliance Bank in Phoenix seeks a Project Portfolio Management Adoption and Enablement Lead to drive enterprise-wide adoption and governance of the PPM platform (Planview). You will own training, communications, and adoption efforts to ensure consistent use of PPM across programs and projects.

You will partner with EPPM, IT, Finance, and Risk to align processes with governance and controls, and oversee migrations and operational readiness while fostering executive-level engagement.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in project management with enterprise PPM platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, information systems, or related field.
• Proven cross-functional leadership and stakeholder engagement experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead adoption and enablement of enterprise PPM tools with trainings and guidance.
• Translate complex PPM processes and data into actionable guidance for stakeholders.
• Partner with IT, Finance and Risk to align governance and controls.
• Support migrations (e.g., Workfront to Planview) and ensure readiness.
• Develop adoption roadmaps, training programs, and communications plans.
