Western Alliance Bancorporation is seeking an EPMO Director to lead the Enterprise Project Management Office, shaping the vision and driving maturity across the project portfolio. You will oversee project delivery, staffing, and governance to ensure strategic alignment and value realization across enterprise priorities.

Ideal candidates bring 12+ years in project management, senior leadership experience, and deep knowledge of banking operations and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of related experience in Project Management or similar field.
• Mastery of project management standards, methodologies, tools and controls.
• Experience building and leading high performing PMOs in large banks.
• Advanced knowledge of banking operations and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with Waterfall and Agile methods.

Responsibilities

• Set the EPMO vision and lead continuous maturity improvements.
• Recruit, develop and retain Project and Program Managers.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and scope.
