Job summary

NETZSCH Group is seeking an experienced EPC Sales Manager for their Houston location. This role involves developing and nurturing relationships with key players in the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction sectors across the United States. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of technical sales experience, a strong hunter mentality, and the ability to effectively communicate with engineers and procurement teams.

You will be responsible for identifying project opportunities, managing RFQs, and leading negotiations to close orders, while collaborating with internal teams to support sales initiatives. NETZSCH offers a comprehensive benefits package that starts immediately upon hire.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of technical sales experience.
• Strong understanding of RFQ processes, technical proposals, and commercial negotiations.
• Valid passport with the ability to travel 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial follow-up and negotiations.
