Job summary

Nikkiso Clean Energy & Industrial Gases in Texas is seeking a Sales Manager to drive growth in the EPC market for our cryogenic pumps, heat exchangers, and engineered solutions. You will lead account relationships, develop territory plans, and collaborate with Technical Sales and Applications teams to translate customer needs into winning proposals.

Some travel across North America is required. This role emphasizes strategic selling, pipeline management, and delivering against sales targets

Qualifications

Demonstrated success selling technical products to EPC customers.
Experience managing complex accounts with multiple decision-makers.
Ability to translate customer requirements into commercial solutions.
Experience coordinating with technical specialists to develop proposals.
Proficiency in CRM systems and sales forecasting.

Responsibilities

Lead commercial relationships with EPC accounts and engage cross-functional teams.
Develop and execute account and territory plans to grow the business.
Identify upcoming projects and position products for specification and supplier status.
Manage opportunity qualification, bids, and negotiations within authority.
Coordinate customer engagement and ensure effective handovers of orders.
Maintain CRM data, provide pipeline updates and forecasts.
