Job summary

Veolia NA is seeking a senior sales professional to drive long-term industrial/commercial contracts. You will lead opportunities from qualification through contract execution, aligning with Veolia teams across engineering, operations, finance and risk management to win and deliver complex solutions.

The role requires extensive travel, strong negotiation, and proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder proposals and pricing. A technical background and durable client relationships are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science; technical/ commercial background preferred.
• 10+ years progressive sales experience with complex transactions.
• Ability to review and negotiate complex contracts with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales process and identify business opportunities by engaging customers and partners.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals, coordinating with Veolia staff and management.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing, manage scheduling and milestones to close deals.
