Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking a seasoned Portfolio/Program Manager to identify, develop, and direct a portfolio of strategic projects across business units. You will own end-to-end execution, outputs, and short- and long-term results, applying analytics and financial modeling to drive transformation.

You will influence leaders in a matrixed organization, mentor teams, and translate complex insights into actionable strategies.

Qualifications

• 10 years’ experience in the Strategy, Operations, Mergers and Acquisitions, or Human Capital Practice of a consulting firm or similar experience in a corporate setting

Responsibilities

• Oversee hiring, coaching, performance management and department operations; plan, organize, staff, direct and control day-to-day operations
• Drive P&L and strategic value for the enterprise through the division’s portfolio of projects and deliverables
• Own engagement deliverables, resources (internal & external) and outcomes within the portfolio
• Other duties as assigned or requested
