Qualifications

• 7+ years of strategy, transformation, operations, or consulting experience.
• 5+ years of management experience in a matrixed organization.
• 3+ years in matrixed organizations; large data transformation experience supporting enterprise data architecture, integrity, analytics, or member experience.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Change management and operational improvement experience; Agile Delivery Management.

Responsibilities

• Perform management responsibilities including hiring/termination decisions, coaching, rewards, recognition, performance management, and staff productivity.
• Plan, organize, staff, direct and control day-to-day operations; develop policies and programs; manage budgets if applicable.
• Design and manage the enterprise strategic planning process; define long-range goals and align strategy across units.
• Oversee funding processes, strategic portfolios, and technology-enabled transformations.
• Develop and lead governance and management of processes within a matrixed organization; prepare executive reviews.
