Qualifications

Required Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Operations, Information Technology or closely related discipline.
10+ years of experience in Strategy, Operations, Mergers and Acquisitions, or Human Capital Practice in a consulting firm or related corporate/ PE setting.
Experience leading teams and projects of varying size in complex, matrixed environments; healthcare experience preferred (payor/provider).

Responsibilities

Plan and direct department operations; develop policies and programs; may have budget responsibility.
Drive P&L and strategic value for the enterprise through project portfolios.
Collaborate with senior leadership to scope, prioritize, and deliver large and small consulting projects.
