Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of experience in Strategic Planning or related healthcare/business work.
• 2 years of consulting experience (external or internal).
• Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support strategic initiatives across Enterprise with project leadership elements.
• Develop strategic plans for the Enterprise and key business units.
• Identify, clarify, and resolve complex issues critical to initiatives.
• Ensure alignment of initiatives with overall strategy.
• Develop analytics and processes to lead initiatives.
• Help shape the culture and skill set of the organization.
• Other duties as assigned.
