Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking a Director to lead the strategic direction, management and execution of enterprise-wide initiatives. The role focuses on strategic planning, funding processes, transformation program management, and long-range organizational goals to improve cost efficiency, processes and customer experience.

The position requires strong leadership, governance, and reporting capabilities across a matrixed org, with experience in large data transformations and Agile Delivery Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Healthcare Administration, Finance, Economics, Operations, IT or related discipline or equivalent experience
• 7 years of strategy, transformation, operations, or consulting experience
• 5 years of management experience
• 3 years of experience in matrixed organizations
• Large data transformation experience supporting enterprise data architecture, integrity, analytics or member experience
• Master’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic direction, management and execution of enterprise-wide initiatives
• Design and manage enterprise strategic planning process
• Align strategy and execution across business units
• Oversee funding processes, strategic portfolios and transformations
• Develop governance and management of processes in a matrixed organization
• Provide executive-level reporting and updates
• Escalation and issue resolution for projects with stakeholders
• Ensure appropriate workload balance and resource planning
