Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking a senior strategy leader to identify, develop, and direct a portfolio of projects aimed at improving admin costs, processes, and patient experiences. The role drives project execution, delivers results, and influences leaders across a heavily matrixed organization.

Strong analytical, financial, and communication skills are essential. Required ten years in strategy/operations consulting or similar corporate roles; master’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Operations, Information Technology, or closely related discipline
• 10 years’ experience in Strategy, Operations, Mergers & Acquisitions, or Human Capital Practice of a consulting firm or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Perform management responsibilities including hiring, coaching, rewards, performance management and staff productivity.
• Drive P&L and strategic value through portfolio of projects; partner with senior leadership to scope, prioritize, and deliver large- and small-scale projects.
• Other duties as assigned or requested.
