Job summary

Highmark Health seeks a Director in the Strategy & Transformation Office to lead a portfolio of enterprise strategy projects, from scoping to presenting results to executives. The role emphasizes people leadership, team development, and cross-functional collaboration across the Pittsburgh or Buffalo offices with a three-day in-office requirement.

You will guide strategic initiatives, build client relationships, and influence executive decisions while driving Living Health across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, Economics, or related discipline or relevant experience and/or education as determined by the company in lieu of bachelor’s degree.
• Master's Degree in Business or Public Health or an MD is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of strategy projects from end-to-end: scoping, workplans, staffing, problem solving, solutioning, materials, client relationships, executive presentations.
• Develop and mentor a small team of strategists; provide performance management and growth opportunities.
• Improve office operations and team effectiveness through actionable improvement plans and general office management.
