Hightouch is seeking a Technical Account Manager to serve as the strategic technical partner for our Enterprise customers. You will own the technical perspective for your accounts, covering CDP and martech strategy, whitespace mapping, and consumption storytelling to maximize renewals and expansions.

You’ll translate customer requirements into elegant, efficient solutions, guiding customers toward their ideal future state and contributing to product innovation at Hightouch.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in a client facing and/or technology focused role
• Experience managing and executing technical projects with a customer-first attitude
• Excellent project management and communication skills
• Proven ability to quickly learn new technologies and understand complex systems (SQL, databases, APIs, reporting tools)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills with a continuous desire to improve technical acumen
• Ability to collaborate cross functionally with different teams and types of people
• Ability to work under pressure, deadlines and navigate unexpected roadblocks with ease

Responsabilités

• Retain and expand our largest Enterprise customers
• Collaborate with Sales to increase adoption within large organizations
• Ensure customers see the full value of Hightouch’s products and advise on best practices
• Provide customers with proactive technical guidance across all products
• Collaborate with Customer Support, Product, Engineering and other teams on escalations
• Surface use cases and feedback to Engineering to drive product improvements
