Ultimate Staffing Services in Milpitas, CA is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Manager to drive sales growth across strategic enterprise and data center accounts in the United States.

You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to production ramp, manage high-value relationships, and coordinate with engineering, product management, and supply chain teams to position storage solutions. The role demands a strong semiconductor/storage background and a track record of revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years in sales, business development, and account management.
• Proven success selling semiconductor, NAND, storage, or SSD solutions.
• Experience managing complex enterprise relationships and long sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with enterprise, hyperscale, and large data center customers.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to production ramp.
• Lead pricing, contract negotiations, and commercial agreements.
• Coordinate with engineering, product management, FAE, and supply chain.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecast revenue.
