Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring an Enterprise Account Portfolio Manager to build relationships with corporate security executives and lead multi-state client initiatives with branch and corporate support. You will manage client reviews, drive KPIs, and mitigate risks while pursuing growth and contract renewals.

The role requires leadership across teams, strong financial acumen, and readiness to travel up to 75% to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of account management experience driving customer solutions.
• Must drive operational and financial metrics with strong financial acumen.
• Leadership skills fostering teamwork, agility, and client relations.

Responsibilities

• Relationship management with enterprise clients and branch teams with in-person/virtual meetings
• Analyze, report and drive operational KPIs using BI platform; implement risk controls
• Manage P&L, budgets, revenue growth, and contract renewals/rebids with cross-functional teams
