Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client contact for the assigned Enterprise Account with site visits and proactive issue resolution.
• Use enterprise, branch, and corporate resources to address client issues and service requests.
• Ensure post orders, training/licensing compliance, staff training, and policy adherence.
• Maintain staff standards, coaching, and disciplinary actions in line with policies.
• Assist Portfolio Manager and VP in coaching and developing site staff.
• Lead new account startups and transitions, ensuring staffing and training readiness.
• Attend regional and corporate management meetings.
• Identify operational improvements and growth opportunities.
• Travel up to 70% to manage site operations and inspections.
• Maintain client requirement compliance and review background submissions for badging.
• Oversee scheduling reports and remote CCTV audits; action service improvements as needed.
