Job summary

Elastic, the Search AI Company, is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive net-new revenue and expansion within strategic Enterprise accounts. You’ll own a defined territory, build your own pipeline, tell Elastic’s AI story, and close complex, multi-stakeholder deals in a consumption-based model.

Qualifications

• 5+ years closing complex enterprise deals.
• Experience in consumption-based or usage-based models.
• Ability to apply MEDDPICC to drive disciplined pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Own territory and build pipeline with proactive outbound activities.
• Conduct deep discovery and qualification to identify pain, impact and budget.
• Deliver tailored value storytelling and live demos mapping Elastic capabilities to business outcomes.
• Collaborate with customers to create formal close plans and maintain forecast accuracy (≥90%).
• Lead high-stakes contract and pricing discussions to close multi-year commitments.
• Partner with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Marketing, and RevOps to accelerate deals.
