Job summary

Elastic, the Search AI Company, seeks an Enterprise Account Executive to drive net-new revenue and expansion within strategic Enterprise accounts. You will own a defined territory, build your pipeline, and close complex, multi-stakeholder deals in a consumption-based model.

• 5+ years closing complex Enterprise deals in a SaaS, consumption-based, or usage-model environment.
• Demonstrated MEDDPICC or equivalent framework to drive disciplined pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Own territory, build pipeline, and generate opportunities via outbound cadences.
• Perform deep discovery and qualification to identify high-confidence deals.
• Deliver tailored value narratives and live demos mapping Elastic capabilities to business outcomes.
• Collaborate with customers to build formal close plans and maintain forecast accuracy.
