Job summary

Publicis Sapient is seeking a Director of Business Development for its Microsoft Practice. The role is a quota-carrying senior individual contributor responsible for driving net-new revenue, expanding strategic Microsoft-aligned accounts, and shaping and closing large digital transformation deals.

You will engage with C-level stakeholders, lead end-to-end sales cycles, and collaborate with Microsoft field teams to build pipeline and achieve revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in enterprise sales, business development, or client partner roles within technology, consulting, or digital transformation services.
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding individual revenue quotas.
• Demonstrated success closing large, complex enterprise deals (multi-million-dollar transformation programs).

Responsibilities
