Job summary

Publicis Sapient in Irving, Texas seeks a Director of Business Development to drive net-new revenue within the Microsoft Practice. You will originate, shape, and close large, complex digital transformation deals, engaging with C-level stakeholders and guiding end-to-end sales cycles.

You will collaborate with Microsoft field teams and internal go-to-market functions to build pipeline, convert opportunities, and achieve revenue targets in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in enterprise sales, business development, or client partner roles within technology or digital transformation services.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding individual revenue quotas.
• Demonstrated success closing large, complex enterprise deals (multi-million-dollar programs).
