Job summary

Scovai is conducting a confidential search for an Enterprise SaaS Sales Director to lead enterprise new-business sales in Salt Lake City, operating in a hybrid model. This director-level role requires building pipeline discipline, managing complex enterprise deals, and scaling a quota-carrying team.

You will own the enterprise sales strategy, coach a team of enterprise account executives, and engage on strategic deals.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise sales strategy and pipeline for defined territory/segment.
• Lead and coach a team of enterprise account executives toward ARR and new-logo targets.
• Engage on strategic deals involving multi-stakeholder buying committees and procurement.
• Build and enforce a repeatable sales methodology (MEDDIC, Command of the Message, or equivalent).
• Forecast pipeline accurately to executive leadership.
• Partner with marketing and SDRs to drive qualified pipeline generation.
• Negotiate enterprise contracts including pricing and terms.
• Partner with Customer Success on expansion and renewal motions.
• Represent sales in QBRs and executive pipeline reviews.
• Drive hiring, onboarding, and territory planning as the team scales.
