Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CBCP, CRISC or Microsoft Azure certifications preferred.
• 5+ years in enterprise resilience, cyber resilience, disaster recovery, or related fields.
• Experience planning/testing disaster recovery, tabletop exercises, or business continuity activities.

Responsibilities

• Support development and continuous improvement of the Enterprise Resilience Program, including governance, standards, procedures, playbooks, reporting, and documentation.
• Identify and map Critical Business Services and related resources.
• Define and validate impact tolerances, recovery time objectives, and recovery priorities.
• Plan and document resilience assessments, tabletop exercises, DR tests, and simulations.
• Track findings, risks, owners, due dates, and corrective actions through closure.
