Sentara Health is seeking a hands-on Enterprise Resilience role to strengthen preparedness across cyber, technology, and business operations. You will partner with Cyber Security, IT, Disaster Recovery, and Business Continuity to establish resilience requirements, validate recovery capabilities, and drive measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Certifications in CISSP, CISM, CBCP, CRISC or Microsoft Azure preferred.
• 5+ years in enterprise resilience, cyber resilience, DR, or business continuity.

Responsabilités

• Identify and map Critical Business Services and required resources.
• Define recovery objectives with business and technology owners.
• Plan, document resilience assessments, DR tests, and simulations.
• Track findings, risks, actions, and escalate material gaps.
• Improve backup and recovery capabilities (Rubrik, Azure backups, SQL, Veeam).
• Develop dashboards and executive-ready reporting for resilience maturity.
