IEM is seeking a Commercial Program Manager in Fremont, CA to lead a strategic enterprise partnership from first forecast to final delivery. You’ll coordinate across manufacturing, supply chain, and customer teams to ensure on-time, within-spec compliance and a seamless program lifecycle.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of program management in manufacturing or enterprise contexts, strong demand planning skills, and proven collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualificações

• Bachelors required in business, engineering or related field; MBA or PMP a plus.
• 5+ years of program or project management in manufacturing or enterprise client-facing roles with annual volume >$10 million.
• Proven track record managing complex programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes, inventory management, and demand planning.
• Experience with ERP and customer portal tools.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsabilidades

• Review customer forecasts to identify trends and align supplier capacity and internal production schedules.
• Translate forecast data into actionable plans with production teams for deployment readiness.
• Own the process for correcting purchase orders, reconciling discrepancies, and coordinating pricing updates between internal teams and the customer.
• Respond quickly to quality and field service issues, coordinating resolutions to minimize customer impact.
• Contribute to customer-related projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure program delivery aligns with SLAs by monitoring performance metrics and taking corrective action.
• Align inventory with forecasted demand and plan lifecycle transitions.
• Analyze volume trends and program data to inform decision-making and risk mitigation.
• Monitor inventory levels, perform flow analysis, and prevent shortages or excess while staying aligned with demand.
• Foster a culture of accountability and cross-functional collaboration toward shared program goals.
