Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or related field (MBA or PMP a plus).
• 5+ years of program or project management experience in manufacturing or enterprise client-facing roles.
• Proven track record managing complex programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of supply chain, inventory, and demand planning.
• Experience with ERP and customer portal tools.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively review customer forecasts to identify trends and align capacity.
• Coordinate with production to translate forecasts into build output.
• Own process for correcting purchase orders and updating pricing with the customer.
• Respond to quality and field service issues and drive resolutions.
• Contribute to customer-related projects and continuous improvement.
• Ensure delivery aligns with service level agreements and monitor metrics.
• Align inventory with forecasted demand and support lifecycle transitions.
• Analyze volume trends to inform decisions and risk.
• Monitor inventory and prevent shortages or excess while aligning with demand.
• Foster cross-functional teamwork and drive shared program goals.
