Job summary

Industrial Electric Manufacturing (IEM) is seeking a Commercial Program Manager to lead major enterprise customer programs from planning through delivery in Fremont, CA. You will align customer demand with production capabilities, coordinate across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams, and ensure on-time, within-spec delivery while meeting quality standards.

Qualifications

5+ years of program or project management in manufacturing or enterprise client-facing roles.
Experience managing complex programs with multiple stakeholders across technical and business functions.
Strong understanding of supply chain processes, inventory management, and demand planning.
Experience with ERP and customer portal tools.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the full program lifecycle for enterprise customer projects.
Align customer demand with internal production capabilities and schedules.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and quality.
