Job summary

IEM, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to drive complex, high-value programs with enterprise customers from its Fremont, CA facility. You will oversee forecasting, capacity alignment, and collaboration with production teams to meet aggressive delivery and quality goals.

This role requires 5+ years in program management within manufacturing, strong supply chain expertise, and excellent stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

5+ years of program or project management experience in manufacturing or enterprise client-facing role with annualized volume exceeding $10 million.
Experience managing complex programs with multiple stakeholders across technical and business functions.
Strong understanding of supply chain processes, inventory management, and demand planning.
Experience with ERP and customer portal tools.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Proactively review and interpret customer forecasts to identify trends and align supplier capacity and internal production schedules.
Translate forecast data into actionable plans with production teams to coordinate build output.
Own the process for correcting purchase orders, reconciling discrepancies, and coordinating pricing updates.
Respond quickly to quality and field service issues, driving resolutions and minimizing customer impact.
Contribute to customer-related projects and continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and satisfaction.
Ensure program delivery aligns with SLAs by monitoring performance metrics and taking corrective action.
