Industrial Electric Mfg. (IEM) seeks a Commercial Program Manager to lead a critical enterprise partnership.

You will drive the program lifecycle from demand alignment to delivery, coordinating production, inventory, and services across multiple teams to meet customer expectations. The role requires strategic thinking and hands-on program management experience in manufacturing, with a focus on optimizing value for the customer and the company.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of program or project management in manufacturing or enterprise client-facing roles.
• Experience managing complex programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of supply chain, inventory, and demand planning.
• Experience with ERP and customer portal tools.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead full program lifecycle for enterprise customers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate across internal teams to align production with customer demand.
• Manage POs, price updates, and reconciliations with the customer.
• Address quality and field service issues and drive timely resolutions.
• Monitor SLAs and performance metrics to ensure customer satisfaction.
