You will partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Training, and Operations to deliver measurable outcomes, expand use, and ensure maximum value from Pearson solutions. This role emphasizes strategic leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Psychology, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in program management, customer success, enterprise account management, consulting, or related roles.
• Experience managing complex enterprise customer relationships.
• Financial acumen with experience building business cases and analyzing ROI.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary program lead for a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customer stakeholders at executive level.
• Lead account planning to support customer success, retention, and growth.
• Manage end-to-end implementation and onboarding of enterprise customers.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources for timely program delivery.
• Monitor milestones, risks, and adoption metrics.
• Identify expansion opportunities and advise on renewals.
• Develop executive-level presentations and strategic recommendations.
