Pearson is seeking a highly strategic Principal, Portfolio Management to lead the implementation, adoption, growth, and ongoing management of our Digital Assessment Library enterprise accounts. You will serve as a trusted advisor to large institutional customers across education, healthcare, and government markets to maximize value and drive long-term success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a business, education, psychology, healthcare administration, or related field.
• Experience leading complex enterprise programs and managing customer success.
• Financial acumen with ROI analysis and business-case development.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary program lead for a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with executive sponsors, administrators, and decision-makers.
• Lead account planning activities to support customer success, retention, and growth.
• Oversee end-to-end implementation and onboarding of enterprise customers.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources for timely program delivery.
• Monitor milestones, risks, dependencies, and adoption metrics.
• Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
• Analyze usage patterns and feedback to improve adoption and engagement.
• Support renewal planning and long-term account strategy.
• Conduct account reviews and develop executive-level presentations and strategic recommendations.
