Job summary

Pearson Clinical Assessment is seeking a strategic Principal, Portfolio Management to lead the Digital Assessment Library enterprise accounts, guiding adoption and growth across education, healthcare, and government markets.

You will partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Training, Operations, Marketing, and Clinical teams to deliver outcomes and drive retention, expansion, and long-term value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 7+ years of program management or enterprise account experience.
• Experience managing complex enterprise customer relationships.
• Strong ROI analysis and business-case development.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary program lead for a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with executive sponsors, administrators, and key decision-makers.
• Lead account planning activities to support customer success, retention, and growth.
• Manage end-to-end implementation and onboarding of enterprise customers.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources for timely program delivery.
• Monitor milestones, risks, dependencies, and adoption metrics.
• Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
• Develop executive-level presentations and strategic recommendations.
