Job summary

Pearson is seeking a highly strategic Principal, Portfolio Management to oversee a portfolio of enterprise customers and ensure successful adoption, growth, and ongoing value realization from Digital Assessment Library solutions.

You will lead cross-functional efforts across Sales, Customer Success, Product, Training, Operations, Marketing, and Clinical teams to drive retention, expansion, and long-term outcomes for education, healthcare, and government markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Psychology, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in program management, customer success, enterprise account management, consulting, or related roles.
• Experience managing complex enterprise customer relationships.
• Financial acumen, with experience building compelling business cases, assessing ROI, and translating strategic opportunities into actionable investment decisions.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary program lead for a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders, including executive sponsors, administrators, and key decision-makers.
• Lead account planning activities designed to support customer success, retention, and financial growth.
