Job summary

Pearson Clinical Assessment is seeking a highly strategic Principal, Portfolio Management to lead the implementation and ongoing management of our Digital Assessment Library enterprise accounts.

You will partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Training, Operations, Marketing, and Clinical teams to ensure customer value, retention, and growth while driving cross-functional initiatives in a growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Psychology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in program management, customer success, enterprise account management, consulting, or related roles.
• Experience managing complex enterprise customer relationships and ROI-focused business cases.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary program lead for a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customer stakeholders at executive level.
• Lead account planning to support customer success, retention, and growth.
• Manage end-to-end implementation and onboarding of enterprise customers.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources for timely program delivery.
• Monitor milestones, risks, dependencies, and adoption metrics.
• Identify expansion opportunities and support renewal planning.
