Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of program or project management experience in manufacturing or enterprise client-facing role with annual volume > $10M.
• Proven track record managing complex programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes, inventory management, and demand planning.
• Experience with ERP and customer portal tools.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret customer forecasts to identify trends and align capacity.
• Coordinate with production teams to plan build output and readiness.
• Manage PO corrections, reconcile discrepancies, and update pricing with the customer.
• Respond to quality and field service issues and drive timely resolutions.
• Improve processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor SLAs and ensure program delivery aligns with customer agreements.
• Align inventory with forecasted demand and lifecycle transitions.
• Analyze volume trends and risks to inform decisions.
• Maintain inventory flow and prevent shortages or excess.
• Foster cross-functional accountability and teamwork.
