Pearson seeks a highly strategic Principal, Portfolio Management to lead the Digital Assessment Library enterprise accounts. You will align across Sales, Customer Success, Product, Training, Operations, Marketing, and Clinical teams to ensure customers realize maximum value, drive retention, and expand adoption.

In this role you will build executive-level relationships, manage complex programs, and lead cross-functional initiatives in a growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Psychology, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
  • 7+ years of program management or related experience.
  • Experience managing complex enterprise customer relationships.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Financial acumen with ROI analysis and business case development.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive results.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary program lead for a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customer stakeholders, including executive sponsors.
  • Lead account planning activities to support customer success, retention, and financial growth.
  • Manage end-to-end implementation and onboarding of enterprise customers.
  • Coordinate cross-functional resources for timely program delivery.
  • Monitor milestones, risks, dependencies, and adoption metrics.
  • Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Analyze usage patterns and feedback to improve adoption and engagement.
  • Support renewal planning and long-term account strategy.
