Job summary

Pearson is seeking a highly strategic Principal, Portfolio Management to lead the Digital Assessment Library enterprise accounts. You will act as a trusted advisor to large institutional customers across education, healthcare, and government markets, ensuring value, retention, and growth.

Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Operations to deliver outcomes and strategic objectives. This role aligns to senior titles like Global Program Manager and requires executive stakeholder

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 7+ years of program management, customer success, enterprise account management, consulting, or related experience.
• Experience managing complex enterprise customer relationships and driving ROI.
• Strong ability to build business cases and translate opportunities into investments.
• Excellent project management, organization, and communication skills.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives and delivering results.
• Experience with education/healthcare/government markets is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers and drive account planning for success, retention, and growth.
• Oversee end-to-end implementation and onboarding of enterprise customers, coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Monitor milestones, risks, dependencies, and adoption metrics; drive improvement initiatives.
• Identify expansion opportunities and advise on adoption strategies to maximize value.
• Conduct executive-level reviews, develop presentations and strategic recommendations.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product, Operations, Customer Support, and Marketing to align on objectives.
