Job summary

Pearson Clinical Assessment is seeking a highly strategic Principal, Portfolio Management to lead the successful implementation, adoption, growth, and ongoing management of our Digital Assessment Library enterprise accounts.

You will serve as a trusted advisor to large institutional customers across education, healthcare, and government markets ensuring they realize maximum value from their investment while driving account retention, expansion, and long-term success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 7+ years in program management, customer success, or enterprise accounts.
• Experience managing complex enterprise relationships and growth.
• Strong financial acumen with ROI translation to investments.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers.
• Build executive sponsor and stakeholder relationships.
• Develop account plans to drive retention, expansion, and growth.
• Manage end-to-end implementation and onboarding of customers.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for on-time delivery.
• Monitor adoption metrics and drive improvements.
• Identify renewal opportunities and long-term strategy.
• Provide strategic recommendations and executive-level briefings.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to support growth.
