Strategic Employment Partners (SEP) is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager for Life Sciences in a fully remote role across the U.S. You will own 5–8 enterprise pharma accounts, starting with pilots around $200K and growing them into programs up to $1M.

You will engage with VP-level Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Commercial leaders to build a compelling ROI story and expand within each account. You will map stakeholders, drive account growth with Sales on cross-sell, and help shape how a

• 5+ years in pharma-facing customer success or related roles.
• Proven ROI and business value storytelling.
• Experience with director- to VP-level Medical Affairs.
• Track record of growing high-value accounts.
• Comfort with clinical topics and pharma workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own 5–8 enterprise pharma accounts and grow pilots to programs.
• Build executive ROI case with stakeholders across Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Commercial.
• Map and engage new medical and commercial stakeholders within accounts.
• Lead account growth in partnership with Sales on cross-sell.
