Express Logistics, Inc. in Des Moines, IA is seeking an Enterprise Sales Representative to build relationships with high-volume shippers and transform their challenges into long-term partnerships.

You will prospect, quote, and negotiate across truckload, LTL and specialized freight, coordinate pricing and RFP responses, and work with internal teams to ensure onboarding and sustained revenue growth. This role requires strong communication, strategic thinking, and travel to client sites as needed

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of B2B sales experience in freight brokerage, 3PL, carrier or transportation sales.
• Experience across both spot and contract pricing.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and win new enterprise and midmarket shipper accounts across truckload, LTL and specialized freight.
• Build a pipeline through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, referrals and events.
• Run discovery to understand lanes, volume, pain points and procurement process.
• Prepare and present pricing, proposals and RFP responses.
• Negotiate rates and contract terms to protect margin.
• Handoff new accounts to Account Managers and support growth.
• Track activity and pipeline in CRM and TMS; report progress toward goals.
• Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
• Travel to Des Moines quarterly if remote, plus client travel as needed.
