Job summary

MaintainX is seeking an Enterprise Implementation Consultant to lead successful enterprise deployments, drive adoption, and deliver an onboarding experience that sets customers up for long-term success.

You will partner with enterprise customers, guide cross-functional internal teams, and train client staff to ensure ongoing value and satisfaction. This role demands proactive problem-solving and strong communication throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and engagement with enterprise clients.
• Ability to manage complex, multi-phase software implementations.
• Experience training users and transferring knowledge to client teams.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional internal teams to deliver value.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise software implementations and drive adoption from kickoff to go-live.
• Serve as trusted advisor, managing client expectations and success milestones.
• Provide formal training to client teams and end-users during onboarding.
• Track issues, troubleshoot problems, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and account teams to maximize product value.
