Job summary

Rec is seeking a Deployment Strategist to join our early team and drive enterprise city-partner implementations and ongoing success in a B2B SaaS environment. You will collaborate with sales, product, and engineering to ensure a seamless deployment and long-term value.

The role requires managing senior-city client relationships, leading complex projects, and advocating for product and operations needs. This is a hands-on, fast-paced position with opportunities to shape our customer success

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in Customer Success at a tech company or startup, or related consulting/finance work.
• 2+ years managing enterprise-level clients.
• Strong client-services experience; comfortable with senior stakeholders.
• Clear, data-driven communication and solution pitching.
• Strategic problem solving with first-principles approach.
• Excellent project management; able to juggle multiple complex projects.
• Entrepreneurial drive and ability to build scalable operational processes.
• Scrappy and resourceful; able to make things happen.

Responsibilities

• Onboard, retain, and grow city partner accounts; lead onboarding and renewals.
• Own the customer relationship with city executives across functions.
• Build customer success playbooks and processes for excellent experiences.
• Synthesize learnings to shape product and business decisions with cross-functional partners.
