Job summary

MaintainX is seeking an Enterprise Implementation Consultant to lead successful enterprise deployments, drive adoption, and deliver an onboarding experience that sets customers up for long-term success.

You will partner with enterprise customers, guide cross-functional internal teams, and train client staff to ensure ongoing value and satisfaction. This role demands proactive problem-solving and strong communication throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Job description

• We’re looking for an Enterprise Implementation Consultant to join our team. In this customer-facing role, you’ll partner with enterprise customers to lead successful implementations, drive adoption, and deliver an exceptional onboarding experience


• You’ll serve as a trusted advisor throughout the implementation journey, helping customers achieve value quickly while collaborating cross‑functionally with internal teams to ensure long‑term success


• Manage complex, multi-phase enterprise software implementations, balancing cross‑functional stakeholders and change management to deliver successful deployments over extended project timelines


• Lead customer interactions and communications throughout the implementation lifecycle, identifying opportunities to maximize product value, drive adoption, and ensure long‑term customer success


• Serve as the client manager during implementation to understand their business operations, manage client expectations and ensure end‑user satisfaction


• Deliver formal training to client project team members and/or end‑users


• Provide knowledge transfer to internal team members throughout the onboarding process


• Provide support by demonstrating knowledge of products, services, and best practices


• Track and communicate client issues and proactively troubleshoot and resolve problems


• Manage multiple accounts, deadlines, and milestones


• Demonstrate industry knowledge and expertise through workflow recommendations and ability to communicate about client’s maintenance, operations, and management needs


• Collaborate with internal colleagues on product, sales, account management, and other initiatives - past experience in one or more of these areas is a plus
