Job summary

Greenhouse is seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant to lead mid-market and enterprise deployments, guiding customers through successful launches and value realization.

You will drive implementation projects, provide product training, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth post-launch transitions, data migration, and reporting. Remote-first, US-based role with strong emphasis on customer success.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience working with global entities and multiple stakeholders.
• 2+ years of experience working with Enterprise customers (1,000+ employees).
• Background delivering complex software implementations and/or technical projects.
• Ability to break down terminology and concepts across various audiences.
• Experience communicating with a variety of customer personas at leadership levels.
• Advanced understanding of Greenhouse Recruiting, a plus.
• Your own unique talents and transferable skills that may not be a perfect match but are valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead mid-market and enterprise customers through successful implementations and launches.
• Drive value of Greenhouse through implementation, helping customers navigate roadblocks.
• Provide support and mentorship with product knowledge and best practices.
• Own implementation tasks such as system design, training, configuration, and rollout strategies.
• Advocate for client needs to internal teams (support, product, engineering, sales).
• Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth post-implementation transition and data migration considerations.
• Become a subject matter expert on all Greenhouse products.
• Handle additional projects as business needs require.
