Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you’ll develop growth strategies across multiple verticals, qualify prospects, and close deals while collaborating with Channel Sales Managers and Technical Solution Specialists to deliver tailored security solutions.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of proven B2B sales experience in technology or security.
• Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts.
• Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Analytical mindset with data interpretation for strategy.
• Strong written and verbal communication, able to lead projects.
• Emotional intelligence and collaborative stakeholder engagement.
• Resilient under pressure, able to meet deadlines and priorities.
• Independent thinker with a collaborative, change-ready attitude.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business across the region and grow key enterprise relationships through prospecting, lead generation, and deal closing.
• Help shape the regional business plan and deliver monthly and quarterly sales and profitability goals.
• Build and manage relationships with enterprise clients through clear communication and strategic planning.
• Identify industry influencers and broker the best client and partner relationships.
• Lead sales and product presentations with technical experts on system designs and integrated solutions.
• Respond timely to RFIs/RFQs and support renewals, pricing agreements, and SLAs.
• Monitor market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activity; share insights with product and marketing.
• Recommend strategic business alliances and prepare regional and major account sales plans aligned with Security strategies.
• Keep CRM and SAP records accurate and provide timely reporting and demand forecasting.
